Typetalk Service
- If you are a text phone user, you can contact us using the Typetalk Service, which is operated by the Royal National Institute for the Deaf (RNID). To use this service please call 18001 followed by the telephone number you require, including the area code. An operator will then join the line to relay your call.
Structure
The role of E-guides is to support and encourage the use of new technology in ways that will improve the quality of teaching and learning on ACLS courses. E-Guides run 'e' learning workshops that respond directly to the needs of tutors as expressed through an annual 'Tutor 'E' Learning Survey. E-Guides will also deal with queries from Providers or Tutors and, where necessary, provide support on an individual basis. So if you have a question about 'e' learning or would like support to introduce or improve the use of new technology or your courses please contact one of the ACLS E-Guides.
